Bajilo winery is located in the center of Sr. Karlovci in a former lagum that was built in 1846 and was restored under the supervision of the Provincial Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. There are two floors within the winery that are able to accommodate up to 50 people and they include wine tasting rooms as well. Bajilo Winery is the owner of the largest vineyard in Sr. Kalovci: about 100,000 vines, which are mostly newly created native varieties, are planted on 21 hectares. For the wine lovers, they offer a new and exciting challenge called Sila, a local white wine that was created by the crossing of Kövidinka and Chardonnay. Among red wines, they offer Vrnac, Cabernet Sauvignon and the domesticated Portugieser which is long known for its excellent taste. Starting from 2018, local Probus is also present on their palette. After the wine tasting, guests can enjoy a pleasant walk in the town, which name can be found in history books as the Peace of Karlovac was signed here in 1699 in a circular tent. At the same place, nowadays a renovated Peace chapel reminds visitors of the past.
