The Wine Atelier Šapat is located near Novi Slankamen and grows Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Muscat Hamburg on 10-hectare of vineyard. The winery complex includes three special facilities – a cellar, a restaurant and a sophisticated hotel.
The production area, where the grapes arrive from the vineyards to be converted into delicious wines, has been equipped in accordance with the latest standards and the best wine-making technology. In the „barrique cellars”, there are traditional wooden dishes and wooden barrels made of French and Serbian oak, which serve both as fermentation and storage for red wines. Part of the winery is specially designed for pleasant and relaxing tastings organized for the group of 20 visitors where guests can try a palette of 7 wine specialties.
