The Naphegy Winery is located in Csátalja, a settlement with a great history in the Southern Great Plain near the Danube. They farm on 20 hectares and their grape varieties include Hungaricum Kövidinka, as well as Rhine Riesling, Cserszegi Fűszeres, Irsai Olivér and some table grape species. Of course, they also grow significant quantities of blue grapes: Nero, Kékfrankos, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zweigelt. In addition, Naphegy Winery purchases Kadarka, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes from regular suppliers.
The cellar consists of two parts: a 4000 hectoliters steel storage compartment using modern, reductive wine technology and a space of classic aces barrels. During a cellar visit, they are able to host up to 50 people. Among other things, don’t forget to taste the flagship wine of Naphegy Winery called Pirkadat Cuvée.
