Di Bonis Winery is located in Subotica, on the Palic Road, and has one of the most advanced wine making and wine-aging technologies and wine control laborites in the region. László Bóni, the founder and owner of the winery, grew up in Baranya wine region in Croatia where his ancestors were wine-producers for decades.
In 2008, he introduced what is commonly known as the „New World Wine Technology” which is mainly used in New Zealand, Australia, the Republic of South Africa, Chile and Argentina. This technology adapts to the natural conditions of the area and provides the characteristics of Di Bonis wine’s flavor and fragrance. The vineyard extends on 15 hectares and has a capacity of 150,000 liters of wine.
Wine lovers can enjoy high-quality tastings that are available for a minimum of 10 guests at the local Shiraz Center, where they are able to taste the specialties of the winery through three types of wine and brandy.
