The Winery is located in Erdevik, which is one of the most beautiful settlements in Serem, surrounded by the Tarcal Mountains on two sides, by plains on the other two sides and three lakes on the slope of the mountains. The first wine branch was planted in 276 BC, in the era of Emperor Probus and the gentle climate of Tarcal Mountains has continued to favor the winery and the wine lovers ever since. The cozy winery was founded by Count Livie Odeskalki in 1826 and it was named after its headquarter, Erdevik, a village of just over 3000 people. The wine establishment today represents a harmonious blend of rich and authentic history and modern technology.
The reputation of the winery is mainly associated with the cultivation of Shiraz grapes, which give a great feature to their flagship wine called Grand Trianon. Near the renovated old cellar, an architecturally unique and excellently furbished tasting building welcomes those who would like to taste this specialty and other fine wines of Erdevik.
