Vinarija Tonković Winery

The young winery in Bački Vinogradi called Tonković is unique by producing only Kadarka grape and it has grown into the largest producer of Kadarka in Serbia. The vision of Ignacije Tonković, the former diplomat and legendary figure of Vojvodina’s public life, helped Tonković to become one of the most important wineries in the Backa region which is also confirmed by the prestigious Decanter award.
Next to the 10-hectare plantation in the sandy land of Subotica and Horgos, a new modern cellar was dug in the sand dune, near the special farmhouse that hosts a wide range of events and has a comfortable tasting room that is able to accommodate up to 36 guests.
They offer tastings where three types of wine are served – Rose, Fantazija and Rapsodija.
