Dr. Milan Ubavić founded Vinum Winery driven by his love for wines in 2001. Initially, according to the tradition of the winegrowing family, smaller quantity of wine was produced for home consumption. Nowadays, it has grown into a winery that uses the results of scientific researches and where the cultivation of grape varieties, yield limitation and the selection of fruits serves the quality wine making. Vinum, the modern wine cellar that produces about 40,000 liters of wine a year, is one of the youngest wine houses in Sr. Karlovci. Nonetheless, its wines have won numerous awards at fairs both at home and abroad. Vinum Winery has a room specially designed for tastings that can accommodate up to 50 people, meanwhile the terrace overlooking the historic town of Sremski Karlovci is able to welcome up to 60 guests with fine wines and beautiful views.
The wine list includes Sauvignon Blanc, Italian Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
